We offer one meeting room that comfortably accommodates 8-10 people. The meeting room can be reserved on a first come, first served basis and can be reserved in person, by phone, or by mail.
The use of the meeting room is available at no charge during regular library hours to any educational, cultural, or other non-commercial, non-sectarian civic group.
All meetings in the meeting room must be open to the general public and no charge may be made for admission.
Light refreshments may be served provided that the person in charge of the meeting takes care of the clean-up.
The use of library space for meetings in no way implies library endorsement of ideas express in the meetings or of the aims and goals of the organization using the facilities.
The Library board of Trustees or the City of Monticello are not responsible for accidents, injury or loss of individual property while using the meeting room.
