Due to recent news about the coronavirus in Iowa and recommendations from state and federal agencies,

Beginning Tuesday, March 17th the library is closed (tentative reopen date of April 13)

Due dates for items currently checked out have been extended to April 13th. There will be no late fees while we are closed.

All meetings and programs at the library have been canceled or postponed.

At this time, library staff is working 9am – 5pm. We will be answering phones and responding to messages during working hours, please call 319-465-3354, send an email, text a message to 319-820-2859 or message us through Facebook.

We appreciate your patience, as we work to both serve the public and slow the spread of COVID-19 as best we can.
